HOW YOU WILL BE CHARGED
The first four weeks will be charged in advance. The weekly payment will be debited on that same day of the week starting on the 6th week (first week no charge to allow for shipping time) and will continue on that day each week until the unit is returned.
RETURNING YOUR RENTAL
Schedule your return shipment by calling Ability Scooters at (210) 315-8242 or email: rentals@abililtyscooters.com. To avoid paying for an additional week of rental, contact us ONE WEEK IN ADVANCE of your last planed week of use. This will allow Ability Scooters to stop the weekly debit at the end of your rental. To prevent any additional weekly charges, notify Ability Scooters when package has been shipped. Upon confirmation you will incur no further charges.
- After you have contacted Ability Scooters you will receive a pre-paid shipping label by fax, U.S. mail or email. This shipping label will be applied to the outside of the box that was used to ship the rental to you. You will also be instructed to call UPS to schedule a pickup time.
- Repack the scooter in the box that was used to ship to you. Reinsert the packing material and tape the box using ONLY the tape provided.
- Call UPS at 1-800-742-5877 to schedule a picks-uptime. UPS will provide you with a shipping tracking number. Please retain this for your records in order follow up on the shipment. The UPS Store
When the rental is returned to Ability Scooters at 9343 FM 462 S., Yancey, TX 78886 without damage or copious wear that requires repairs, parts replacement or extensive maintenance the full deposit, if paying with cash or check will be refunded. You will be responsible for repair and damage fees if unit is not returned in satisfactory condition.
I understand that it is my responsibility to retain the shipping box and packaging materials. I agree to repack the rental unit with the same packaging materials and manner . I also agree to follow these return shipping instructions and release Ability Scooters for any liability for any injury or damages arising from doing so. Children will not be allowed to use the product without the supervision of the adult. Ability Scooters assumes no liability for any injury or damages arising from the use or misuse of this product.
